SHAPES CLASSES

*Unless otherwise noted, all classes are 50 minutes.*
Please bring a mat to EVERY class, with the exception of Zumba.
All classes are All Levels, and can be modified for each participant.

Aging Fit Classes:

Functional training to improve strength and balance in the active ager. Recommended for our aging and our ageless.

Barre and Beyond:

Sculpt the lower body and upper body through low-impact core, posture and flexibility training using the ballet barre, bender ball, gliding disc, light weights, and mat-work. Raise the Barre: Kick it up, just a notch!

Buns and Guns:

30-minute specialty class formatted to strengthen glutes and tone the upper body.

Cardio Drills:

Our hi/low cardio workout designed to keep your heart pumping with popular moves and timeless music.

Gentle Yoga:

Leave feeling centered and calm after participating in a traditional yoga format that is gentle on the body, through mindful breath and movement.

Gym Jab:

High-energy workout designed around traditional martial arts disciplines and cardio kickboxing.

Kidz Kan 2:

Pilates:

Children’s fitness program, appropriate for ages 3 and up.

Refreshing mind-body workout using body-weight exercises, flexibility and strength training for the abdominal muscles, back, hips and glutes.

Power Yoga:

An active, fitness-based, vinyasa-style yoga, moving through poses with breath at a dynamic pace. Recommended for those who can transition from floor to standing.

 Pump:

Our signature high energy barbell resistance training workout formatted to music

Ramp It Up:

A new twist on the ever popular step program.

 Ripped:

Our signature boot camp style workout formatted to include all our club’s toys and tools.

Six Pack:

30-minute specialty class devoted to isolating and developing your core muscles.

Strong by Zumba:

Music-led, high intensity intervals that combine body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training

Trifecta:

A high energy 3-way circuit format designed to target the whole body with cardio, strength and core exercise patterns.

Yin Yoga:

Slow-paced, restorative yoga with poses held for longer periods of time, dominantly in seated or supine position.

Yoga-Bata Mashup:

A fusion of mind-body disciplines in a high-intensity interval training format.

Zumba:

Dance fitness that will leave you feeling alive! Zumba Tone uses light weights for the ultimate arm party! Zumba Fusion is a beautiful blend of both!
